As light and shadows play an important role in my abstract compositions along with the still life forms. In this series I’ve added free standing partitions and wooden backdrop panels to provide different arrangements and combinations with the sculptures. The loose, delicate, flowing curves of the sculptures in contrast to the solid, wide, flat shapes of the partitions. Both the partitions and panels provide a surface to display the projected shadows of the three sculptures.

In this series I’m exploring a variety of compositions and techniques through the use of shadows with an interplay of various shaped forms.
